A circular drive + full driveway leading to a 2 car garage provide parking for as many as needed. One garage space is available for guests to park, as the rest of the space is stocked with seasonal toys for your use -- everything from 4 adult bikes, 2 children's bikes, a Burley double bike trailer, to beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler and sand toys are provided. Take up an evening game of hoops on the basketball court out front. Sneak in a game of bocce in the backyard while the Chef of the group cooks dinner on the 48" built in grill while the kids play in the brand new heated pool. Good thing you've stopped at the Farm Stand on the way home, as there is a 48" Kitchen Aid Range with griddle, Gagenaeu steamer, pot filler, beverage cooler, 3 sinks for prep and 2 dishwashers to make chores a little less ... choreful on vacation. That's in addition to the large, covered outdoor kitchen with range, dishwasher, ice maker, prep sink and bountiful counter space. There is plenty to entertain the young and young at heart in the home, including a retro arcade, dart board, 6 TV's with ROKU in guest mode so you can log onto your own subscriptions and not have to remember to log out when you reluctantly have to leave. Please note, Guest will be required to review and sign a vacation rental agreement with the Host prior to receiving access instructions.
